Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (INDUSTRIAL ILLUSIONS CORP SRL, Bucuresti, Sector 1, Drumul Padurea Pustnicu nr. 127C, bl. TO38/2, Corp A, et. 3, ap. 1, email: contact@finalsaga.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual selection or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
- For the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
- For the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract conclusion but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the contract conclusion, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no control.
- For the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- For the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- For the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
- For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
